I'd have given PACI at least 4 stars but for the service. Unfortunately the waiter was totally inattentive. We were a party of six and just had to constantly ask to have drinks/water refilled. Only at the very end did the waiter come back and ask how everything was. Too late. Both the food and presentation were excellent. Hopefully the service issue is a one off experience and he was just having a bad day.
Reservation details (handicap accessibility) were CONFIRMED by phone. On arrival, told that the table was unavailable. Placed instead in the new lounge/bar. Not great! Service was average and food likewise. Ordered 3 ribeyes and was told there were only 2 left...at 7pm on a Saturday?! Steaks were not great quality. Disappointing considering previous visits.
Disappointing. I've always liked Paci.The new addition was very nice but the service was weak and both the veal and the salmon were dry and uninspired. I dont think they can handle the larger space.
I have been to Paci several times before the renovation and it was always an amazing place. Now I feel like the kitchen has no way to keep up with the restaurant and the food has suffered. We were served uncooked chicken and the reaction by the staff was minimal. The meals that did come out cooked were...eh in terms of taste and seasoning. Hopefully this is growing pains but I don't think we will be headed back anytime soon.
This was a private reception. The food was excellent and the staff was great. Atmosphere is really nice... interesting architecture, clean lines very modern. Highly recommend this restaurant.
