Excellent experience from start (consultation) to finish (being blown away while watching our first movie on the new system). I would recommend Westfair to anyone considering home theater or audio system installation. Dan Goodman and the rest of the staff were a pleasure to work with. They gave us detailed options, worked around our requirements, and did a beautiful job on the installation. The end result is a home theater system so mind-blowingly good that I doubt we will ever go to a theater again. These guys know their stuff and make the entire process not only painless, but enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone, and we will definitely use them again in the future for any of our home theater or home audio needs.
It has been a year since my home audio system from Westfair was installed. Very clean installation, everything works as advertised and is aesthetically pleasing. Only issue was easily resolved with a battery change. A little pricey but I believe worth it in the long run.

Excellent experience. Dan was very helpful in selecting appropriate equipment. Chad and Chris handled the installation very well, very professional. They didn't leave until I was absolutely clear on everything. I had one issue come up right after install that Dan had taken care of within 12 hours. Would definitely recommend them again.
The team that came to reinstall TVs that had been taken down for painting caused damage to the existing system. In addition, they showed no remorse or concern for the damage. If you have a complex audio/tv system, do not use them.
